My Story
From a 145 lb (65.8 kg) beginner to building a system that actually works in less than a year and a half of training.

My Background
I started my training journey on January 1st, 2025, at around 16 years old, turning 17 that February.
At the beginning, I weighed roughly 145–150 lbs and had very little structure in my training. Like most beginners, I was inconsistent at first and didn't fully understand how to properly apply training and nutrition for long-term progress.
Since then, I've stayed consistent with training and focused on building a more structured approach to fitness. Over time, my bodyweight increased from around 145–150 lbs to approximately 185–190 lbs, alongside years of learning what actually drives progress in the gym.
Through that process, I developed a system built around simplicity, progression, and consistency rather than overcomplication or guesswork.
Now that system is the foundation of this coaching platform, designed to help others build muscle, lose fat, and track their progress in a clear and structured way.
The goal is simple: remove confusion and make progress predictable through proper training, nutrition, and accountability.
